This September, the Foton Auman EST Super Truck made its global debut in Hanover, Germany, and officially launched in China in November. The day before the auto show, it was awarded the 2017 Truck of the Year. Now, it’s making its appearance at the Guangzhou Auto Show.
This Ouman EST-A tractor unit features a 6x4 drive configuration and comes equipped with a high-roof, high-floor cab. It’s powered by a Foton Cummins ISGe5 engine with a displacement of 12 liters and an output of 460 horsepower, complete with a high-power engine brake. The vehicle is paired with a ZF 12-speed AMT transmission and also includes a ZF high-torque hydraulic retarder. In terms of braking, it’s fitted with Knorr full-disc brakes. Just looking at its specifications makes it incredibly appealing—this Ouman super truck is definitely more than just a pretty face.
In addition, Foton’s super-light-duty trucks—the Ouman K3 and Aoling CTS—have arrived as scheduled. Both of these light-duty trucks feature a 4.2-meter single-row cab configuration and are equipped with the Foton Cummins ISF3.8 engine. Due to different tuning settings, the two engines have slightly varying power outputs, with a maximum output power of 115 kilowatts (156 horsepower). On the Ouman K3, the cargo box is perfectly matched with a large-sized air deflector on the cab, measuring 4,180 x 2,100 x 2,300 mm and boasting a volume of 20.2 cubic meters.
The Futian Tuya No commercial van features a 5.99-meter-long body and is equipped with a 2.8L diesel engine. Its biggest highlight lies in its interior, which boasts a range of premium features including four independently upholstered leather seats in the rear, a high-end rear audio system with dual speakers, custom interior panels, and custom flooring—every detail exudes a sense of luxury.
